Terms of Service

Game Host Network Limited. agrees to furnish services to the Subscriber, subject to the following (“Terms of Service”). Game Host Network Limited, the company here after referred to as, ("GHN"), ("Us"), ("We") and The Client, ("Customer"), ("Client") and ("You"). Use of services constitutes acceptance and agreement to the enclosed Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") and Terms of Service ("Terms of Service"). All provisions of this contract are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Game Host Network.

By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

Use of Unlimited SSD Storage

We provide SSD storage for essential files associated with the operation of a customer's service. Storage space initially allotted to a customer through provisioning is physically limited to 30gb per server hosted, however, this limit can be raised through the submission of a support ticket. Use of our storage in the following ways is prohibited: for personal file storage, as a file repository, and for retaining significant amounts of miscellaneous data (including large server logs).

Use of Unlimited RAM

System memory is prohibited for use outside of running a client's purchased service. RAM initially provisioned is dependent on guidelines provided by either the game developer or wikipedia articles made in regards to hosting a dedicated server for that game. If a customer deems they need more memory, and they can prove they are nearing the limit, then the client should contact support who will raise the limit accordingly.

Acceptable Use

Hosting services provided by us are not to be used for any of the following: fraudulent activity, pornography, extortion, terrorist activity, or blackmail. Customers using the services of GHN must not upload any sort of malicious scripts or software; this includes the following but is not limited to phishing, backdoors, and CPU or memory eating scripts. Our service may only be used for the purpose of hosting an online multiplayer game server.

Termination

GHN reserves the right to terminate a customer's service at any time without refund if in violation of our terms. Services are suspended after 3 days of non-payment. Services which are suspended for non-payment will be terminated 7 days after the renewal invoice is due. We do not terminate services without just cause.

Service Cancellation

Service cancellations must be made by using our billing area. Once a service is cancelled, no further attempt to transact funds will occur. Customers are advised to cancel reoccurring subscriptions on gateways such as PayPal, otherwise further payments will be made - we do not take responsibility for such occurrences. Customers may cancel at any time.

Liability Limitation

GHN, under no circumstances, shall be held liable for any data loss, disruption of information, or distribution of information including that of unauthorized access to our server systems or any other loss of data. GHN shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, or disconnection of services for any period of time. We reserve the right to terminate a client’s services in the event of a charge dispute, despite the outcome of the dispute.

Refunds and Disputes

All services provided by GHN give newly registered customers eligibility for a full refund within 7 days of the creation of the service in our database. This refund period is not marked by the time which the initial payment had processed. All refunds are conducted through the gateway which initial payment was made. We only provide the refund guarantee to new client's first order only. A refund request can only be made through creating a support ticket.

Rate Amendments

GHN reserves the right to review its service rates for new and existing customers every year on the 10th of April. If service rates are to increase, affected customers will be informed via email a month before new pricing comes into effect.

Securing Accounts

In the event that a customer's account is "hijacked", "hacked", or in any way compromised, we will not be held responsible for the occurrence. It is the responsibility of the customer to procure a secure password and/or use 2 Factor Authentication.

Scheduled Downtime

Customers to be affected by scheduled downtime will be informed at least 24 hours in advance by the email supplied during sign-up. GHN will begin downtime during times at which the majority of clients will be least affected.

Support

Support for services are only provided for the use which we intend our services - to host online multiplayer servers. Support is only provided through the mediums listed on our homepage.

Promotions

Promotions may be added or removed at any point without warning.

Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update the Terms of Service when and as we see fit. When we do, the date at the top of the page will be amended. We encourage customers to frequent this page for amendments. By using our services, customers agree that it is their responsibility to review this page and acknowledge its amendments.
