For complete transparency, here's a list of the advantages and disadvantages of using our VDGS services.

Advantages:

• Completely dedicated resources, meaning even at peak times (where instances on the node are full or nearly full) you'll receive the same great performance.
• You're able to switch the game you host at any time through the client area.
• You're able to alter the slot cap for your server at any time, and set it as high or as low as you please.
• For Minecraft (and other games, coming soon) you're free to add custom startup parameters, which are typically locked-down on shared hosts.

Disadvantage (there's only really one!):
Servers with dedicated resources tend to be more expensive than using a host which shares resources - though when comparing our pricing to other hosts, you'll notice we're usually much better value.
