How do I get a refund?

There are two main reasons you might be eligible for a refund:

  1. If you've had your first service with us for less than 7 days since purchasing a service with us - you're covered under our 7 day refund policy.
  2. If the node your service is on is down for a significant amount of time - you're entitled to request a partial refund for the cost of the server during the period of downtime.

If either of the above points apply to you, please contact support and they will deal with your refund request promptly.
