How do I get a refund?

There are two main reasons you might be eligible for a refund:

  1. If you've had your first service with us for less than 7 days since purchasing a service with us - you're covered under our 7 day refund policy.
  2. If the node your service is on is down for a significant amount of time - you're entitled to request a partial refund for the cost of the month.

If either of the above points apply to you, please contact support and they will deal with your refund request promptly.
